By creating an account, accessing, or using the Kautiq platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Kautiq is a chaos management training and simulation platform that provides: • Real-time chaos scenario simulations • Team coordination and communication tools • Role-based training exercises • Performance analytics and feedback systems • Custom scenario generation capabilities The Service is designed for educational and training purposes to help organizations improve their chaos response capabilities. All scenarios and simulations are fictional and created for training purposes only.

Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google authentication or other approved methods. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, the Service, or Kautiq.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to: • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service • Harvest or collect user information without consent • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

Kautiq Ownership: The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software), is owned by Kautiq and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Limited License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Kautiq a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Defects will be corrected • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable Training Disclaimer: The chaos scenarios and training simulations provided through the Service are for educational purposes only. They should not be considered as professional advice or a substitute for actual chaos management planning. Real chaotic situations require professional expertise and judgment.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KAUTIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service • Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the Service • Any errors or omissions in any content In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Termination by You: You may request to terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Kautiq operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
